**this recipe is gluten and dairy free
yields 4, 1/2 cup servings
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with fresh berries and a dash of cinnamon! Stays good in the fridge for 5-7 days.
