Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

**this recipe is gluten and dairy free

yields 4, 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with fresh berries and a dash of cinnamon! Stays good in the fridge for 5-7 days. I love these little jars to store these in that you can get on Amazon! They are the perfect portion and make meal prep super easy!
