yields about 3 cups
- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and skin removed
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- juice of one medium lime
Mash avocados in a bowl with a fork, add garlic, sea salt, and lime juice and mix well. Add tomatoes and stir to combine, then taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Good for dipping vegetables like peppers, celery, carrots, or Beanitos Chips.
