Easy Pickled Red Onions

 

Yields about 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
