    I did this program along with the 21 day weight loss program and together they are amazing! The real deal, she really knows what she is talking about. The amount of information given in these programs is crazy. so much knowledge and it’s all easy to read and understand. I love how it comes with cheat sheets, calendars, check lists, journals, etc. The workout program has picture demos which i love and everything was just so easy to follow. The workouts are hard but not too hard for a beginner and it even shows modifications. Love love love thank you so much! 15 lbs and counting!

    If you are seriously on trying to lose weight as quickly as possible or trying to get in shape. Then I will highly recommend this program.
