- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 box natural graham crackers (no artificial preservatives, flavors, colors, or high fructose corn syrup)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pint organic strawberries, sliced
Combine ricotta, honey, and vanilla with a hand mixer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break graham crackers in half and spread 1 tbsp of ricotta mixture on each and top with sliced berries. Optional: sprinkle with stevia/truvia.
