Pumpkin Pie Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1⁄2 cup cooked butternut squash
  • 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz. unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or water
  • 1 scoop of pure bone broth protein OR vanilla plant-based protein

     

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
