Pumpkin Pie Bites

  • 16 oz full-fat greek yogurt
  • 15 oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tsp stevia or truvia
  • 1 box natural graham crackers (no artificial preservatives, flavors, colors, or high fructose corn syrup)

Mix all ingredients except graham crackers with a hand mixer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Break graham crackers in half and spread 1 tbsp of pumpkin mixture on each. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
