Crispy Oven Roasted Potatoes

Yields 6, 1/2 cup servings

  • 24 oz. baby yellow potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Weber Bold N Spicy seasoning
  • 1 tsp Rescue Rub
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to coat potatoes. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until crispy.
