Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Chocolate Avocado Mousse

yields 4 servings, 1/2 cup each

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops grass-fed chocolate whey protein
  • 1 scoop chocolate Dynamic Greens  (you can substitute 1 tbsp of cocoa powder)
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • optional toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, chopped nuts, sliced berries**, dark chocolate shavings**

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy. Refrigerate for 2+ hours. Serve with desired toppings.

** If consuming mousse for breakfast, it is best to omit berries and dark chocolate
