  • 1 cup carrots, steamed and chilled
  • 1/2 cup fennel, steamed and chilled
  • 1/2-inch ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 12 oz. filtered water
  • 1 scoop pure bone broth protein powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve immediately.
