Bun-less Gorgonzola Burger

yields 10, 8 oz burgers 

  • 2 lb grass-fed 85% ground beef
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 2 cups kale, shredded
  • 1 pint button mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • Bold N Spicy Chipotle Seasoning to taste
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
  • roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 head green-leaf lettuce

Combine beef, egg, mushrooms, kale, cheese, and seasoning. Form patties to desired size and saute in a pan until cooked thoroughly. Place burger inside lettuce leaf and top with hummus, avocado, and tomato. Wrap it up and enjoy!
